We do not accept returns or offer refunds on postcard orders unless the product is defective. Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return postcards for a full refund. Postcards must be in their original packaging and in unused condition. To initiate a return, please email with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions on how to return your item.


Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
