Payment & Shipping Policy:

Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept payment through our website or via Razorpay. Payment by sending cash or cheques is not possible.

Methods of payment

Depending on your country, you can pay your purchase with us by payment in advance / bank transfer, via Razorpay, credit cards or Debit Cards.

Shipping Policy: Within 2-4 working days after receiving payment, we sent the parcels through INDIA POST. The ordered goods will be shipped by the default shipping Shipping provider India Post unless otherwise specified when confirming the order. Charges will be calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.

Estimated transit times as prescribed by India Post:

  • Within Tamilnadu (Chennai): 1-3 Business days.
  • Within Tamilnadu (Out of Chennai): 3-5 Business days.
  • Within India: 5-8 business days.
  • International shipping: 7-14 Business days

The estimated transit time may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather forecasts or holidays. The delivery is sent to the delivery address specified by the customers, any in-delivery address after the dispatch cannot be done.

Return Policy We do not accept returns or offer refunds on postcard orders unless the product is defective. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to replace the defective product
